Geocomposites in bentonite

Bentonite geocomposites are obtained by two coupled geotextiles that include a special low-permeability clay – bentonite – and they are often used to waterproof landfill bottoms and covers. Barrier Bento, TeMa bentonite geocomposite, is made with a natural sodium bentonite enclosed between a woven geotextile and a non-woven geotextile.
